The Product Safety Consulting process is accomplished by guiding the manufacturers of electrical products through the laboratory certification process w/ Accredited Laboratories such as

Underwriters Labs (UL), Intertek (ETL), British Standards Institute (BSI \ CE).

As your Product Safety Consultant, we employ a "Bottom / UP Compliance Strategy" ensuring that each step in the process has been identified with clear actions and timelines for completion.

This is accomplished by:

1) Creation of a Compliance Plan (minimum market entry requirements)

2) Creation of your Technical Construction File (TCF)

3) Conducting a Preliminary Design Review (PDR) resulting in a Gap Analysis

(a line-by-line review of the product against the standards)

4) Addressing the findings of the Gap Analysis

5) Sourcing & Qualification of Certification Laboratories & Quotes

6) Certification Project Coordination & Oversight

7) Post Certification Management
